To reach our Consumer Services Team and request a part, please complete the form below.

If you believe your product is under warranty please also attach a photocopy or scan of your original receipt and submit via photo upload button at the bottom of the form below.

  • Reason for the Part Request (Description of Problem)
  • Model/Serial number
  • Color
  • PO number
  • Production Date
  • Factory #

Your request will be processed within 3 business days. Warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects within your specific warranty period. There may be charge for parts beyond the warranty. A receipt may be required to make a claim. Alteration or consumer repair, improper storage or handling will void warranty. Finish not covered under warranty.
