LaJobi, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and distributor of leading brands of juvenile furniture, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kid Brands, Inc., (NYSE: KID), formerly Russ Berrie and Company. Kid Brands, Inc. is a designer, importer, marketer and distributor of infant, juvenile and gift consumer products that purchased LaJobi in April of 2008.


Today, the Cranbury, N.J.-based company designs, engineers, manufacturers, markets and distributes high-value juvenile furniture that takes children from infancy to adulthood.

Our history

LaJobi Inc. was formed when Russ Berrie and Company, Inc., (NYSE:RUS), designer, importer, marketer and distributor of infant and juvenile and gift consumer products purchased LaJobi Industries in April of 2008. Originally named for its founders, brothers Larry and Joe Bivona, LaJobi remains known for commitment to top-quality workmanship, design, service and uncompromising dedication to quality and innovation.
